¡Adios, Mexico!

Updated: Mar 14
We fly back to Mexico City, and from there the following evening continue our journey home to Estonia.
So what is Mexico like?
It’s a country where people don’t take life too seriously. The atmosphere is friendly, but not overly intrusive. It is a fairly developed country in many ways, yet at the same time many people still live quite simple lives.
Here you can spend an entire vacation relaxing on beautiful beaches, or instead explore more remote places that I didn’t manage to reach this time. Although some Mexican cities rank among the most dangerous in the world, the Yucatán Peninsula has very little crime, and even Mexico City is generally kept under control by the police.
Personally, I didn’t experience a single negative incident.
I’m not leaving Mexico with sadness, because I know this isn’t the end. My world travels are only beginning. There are still many unexplored countries and exciting adventures waiting ahead.
